About US

Our purpose is to help you craft your own epic golf trip. We are not a travel booking site. We have planned enough of our own golf trips to know that there are thousands more options to customize your trip if you’re planning it yourself. If you're a seasoned golfer, or new to the sport, we want to empower you to create a unique trip for you and your group. Our site is designed to be the caddy for the golf trip planner in every golf group, providing tools and tips for everything from picking a destination and accommodations, to courses, tee times, games, and even last-minute gear needs. For some, planning the trip is a great part OF the trip and this site is for those people.

The Framework

Your group is going to want to know the basic plan and as the “planner", you get to make a lot of these calls. Fit it around your schedule-you’re doing the work, might as well make it accommodating. Be careful about getting too many cooks in the kitchen. It’s ok to ask some folks for input, but the more people involved in the decision making, the more difficult it will be to get things decided. Try to get some feedback from a select few of your fellow golfers and then open it up to the entire group after the ground work is laid.

Where? Near, far, drive, fly? Get your target area figured out first. Is this based on bucket list courses or just a part of the world you'd like to see and golf in? The courses, accommodations, and other details can be handled later.

When? Long weekend, a week? Peak/off-peak, shoulder season?

Who? As many as possible, even numbers, the more the merrier, factors of 4?

Budget? Transportation, lodging, greens fees, food, entertainment, gear and equipment. It adds up.
